Four reels. One shoot day. A format that stays.

Amterl sits in the centre of Baden, cooks Austrian and Japanese, and is rated "Cuisine Bourgeoise Premium Class". It also has one of the most distinctive brand worlds in hospitality around here: a whole "Amt" universe with an official tone, a penguin in tails, a stamp and "Amts-Gerichte" on the menu. What it did not have was reach. The Instagram account had barely moved in three years, a handful of videos with almost no response — while the decision about where to eat in Baden is made on exactly those phones. A restaurant this recognisable was close to invisible where it counts.

Instead of copying a generic food-reel look, I built the content out of Amterl's own language. In a single shoot day I made four reels, each under twenty seconds, each with a clear hook and a reason to book a table: a kitchen trick from the chef, a blind cocktail test at the bar, an office sketch as an "application for a table", and a reverse gag that sells two dishes in one clip. So the shoot would not stay a one-off, I developed a recurring series format: "officially approved", anchored by a custom animated stamp that Amterl can keep feeding. Every reel arrived ready to post, with captions, hashtags and a posting guide.

The result is videos that finally sound like the restaurant they belong to, plus a series format and a posting playbook that belong to Amterl and that it can run on its own. Shot in one day on location, built to turn views into reservations instead of just a tidy grid.
