Six formats, one approach: concept, shoot and post-production from one person. Here is which one fits your goal and roughly what it costs.

Overview

Six formats. One approach.

Concept, shoot and post-production come from one person. You talk to the person who actually builds your video, from the first email to the final export, and you get a concept made for your brand instead of a template that gets reused with a new logo on top. When a project is genuinely bigger than one person can carry, a second camera, a larger set, two stages running at the same time, I bring in people I have worked with before. I tell you that in advance and it stands in the quote where you can see it.

What changes between these six formats is the job the video has to do. A film that explains who you are follows different rules than a clip that has three seconds in a feed before someone scrolls past it. That is why this page is not a list of packages from small to large. It is six formats with six different purposes, and the rest of the page is about matching the right one to what you actually want to happen afterwards.

Which one fits

Which format fits your goal?

The most common mistake is booking the wrong format for the right goal. A company that wants to be visible every week orders one big film and then goes quiet for a year. A company that needs to explain itself once, properly, orders ten short clips and still cannot answer the question of who they are. This table takes that decision off your desk.

Formats also work together. A corporate film and a month of social content are built from the same shooting day more often than not. If you are unsure, write me the goal rather than the format. If something else gets you further than the thing you asked for, I will say so before the project starts, not after the invoice.

Process

How a project runs, whichever format it is.

01

You send me your project

Briefly, through the form: the goal, the audience, the timeframe and the budget you have in mind.

02

An answer within 24 hours

With first thoughts on the concept, an estimate of the budget and whether I am free on your dates.

03

A short call

Ten to fifteen minutes to pin down the concept, the scope and the dates so nothing stays open.

04

The shoot

From preparation through the shooting day to edit, colour grading and delivery. One round of corrections per video is included.

Applies everywhere

What stays the same in every project.

I am based in Vienna and shoot across Austria and abroad. Travel costs are listed openly in the quote and not hidden inside a flat rate.

Delivery is seven to fourteen working days after the last shooting day. If you need it faster than that, say so before the shooting day rather than after, so the edit can be planned around it.

  • An answer to your enquiry within 24 hours
  • A concept before the shooting day, so everyone knows what is being made
  • Edit, colour grading and sound design included in every format
  • One round of corrections per video, always included
  • Delivery seven to fourteen working days after the last shooting day
  • Travel costs itemised in the quote, never buried in a lump sum
  • All prices named here are guide figures, not fixed prices
Budget

Why every price on this page says approximately.

The figures on the cards are entry points, not a price list. A corporate video starts at EUR 1,900 net, a month of social content at around EUR 1,300 net for four to five videos, an event at around EUR 1,400 net and a commercial at around EUR 4,000 net per spot. UGC depends entirely on which creators fit your brand, and a sports project is priced either like an event or like a monthly package depending on how much of the season it covers.

All of these are guide values. None of them is a fixed price, and I would rather tell you that here than quote a number that quietly changes later.

What actually moves a price:

  • how many shooting days the project needs
  • how many finished videos come out of it and in which formats
  • how fast they have to be ready
  • whether people in front of the camera are your team or booked creators
  • whether stills are needed from the same day
  • where the shoot happens and what travel that involves

Write me what you want to achieve and roughly what you can spend. You get a concrete estimate within 24 hours instead of a price range that fits everyone and nobody.

Questions about
the services.

A corporate video starts at EUR 1,900 net per film. Ongoing social media content starts at around EUR 1,300 net per month for four to five videos. An event video starts at around EUR 1,400 net per event, and a commercial at around EUR 4,000 net per spot. UGC is priced according to the creators involved, and a sports project is quoted either like an event or like a monthly package depending on scope. All of these are guide figures, not fixed prices.

Seven to fourteen working days after the last shooting day. Faster is possible if it is agreed before the shoot: the concert video for Bobby VanDamme at SiMM City was online 48 hours after the show. One round of corrections per video is included in that timeframe.

Send me the goal instead of the format. If people need to understand who you are, it is a corporate video. If you need to be visible every week, it is ongoing social content. If an evening should reach the people who were not there, it is an event video. If there is media budget behind a product, it is a commercial. If nobody on your team wants to be on camera, it is UGC with creators. I will tell you at the start if a different format gets you further.

I work alone on most projects, and on shoots that is an advantage: no crew standing between you and the moment, no setup taking over the room. When a project needs more than one person, a larger set, a second camera or two stages at once, I bring in people I have worked with before. You hear about that in advance and it is itemised in the quote.

Yes. I am based in Vienna and shoot across Austria and abroad. Travel costs are itemised openly in the quote rather than hidden in a flat rate.

A concept before the shooting day, the shoot itself, edit, colour grading and sound design, and one round of corrections per video. Delivery is seven to fourteen working days after the last shooting day, and you get an answer to your enquiry within 24 hours.

Even if you do not know yet which format it should be. Write me the goal and I will work out the rest with you. You get an answer within 24 hours.
