Service

UGC Creator in Vienna, with faces that fit your brand.

I have a pool of creators and source new ones when a brand needs a different face. Selection, briefing and production run through me. You get finished videos.

When it fits

People stay for people, not for product shots.

User generated content is advertising that does not look like advertising. Someone holds your product, talks about it the way they would talk to a friend, and that is the reason the clip gets watched to the end instead of swiped away. The format is not clever and it is not new. It works because a face is easier to trust than a studio shot of the same object.

It fits two situations above all. The first is paid advertising, where a polished spot burns budget because the cost per click never comes down. Creator videos let you run several versions of the same message, keep the two that perform and drop the rest, without rebuilding a set. The second is the ongoing feed, when nobody inside the company wants to stand in front of a camera, or nobody has the time to do it every week.

I am based in Vienna and produce these shoots here, across Austria and abroad. If a shoot happens outside Vienna, travel costs are itemised in the quote rather than buried in a flat rate.

And when it does not fit: If you want to build trust in an offer that needs explaining, a corporate video is the stronger tool. If you need one campaign with a controlled visual language across every placement, that is a commercial, not UGC.

UGC replaces neither. It fills the gap between them: a lot of material, unstaged in feel, produced quickly, cheap enough per video that you can afford to test rather than bet everything on one film.

If what you actually need is a steady stream of material for your own channels month after month, ongoing content is the better route, and creator videos can be planned into it.

The problem

The wrong creator does more damage than no creator.

The most common mistake is picking someone by reach instead of by fit. If the face does not belong with the brand, everyone notices inside the first two seconds. The clip reads as bought, and bought enthusiasm is worse than none at all, because it teaches your audience to discount the next thing you post as well. Reach is the easiest number to check and the least useful one to decide on.

The second mistake is expecting creators to do the whole job alone. Without a brief, without a stated goal and without anyone editing at the end, what comes back is footage nobody can use: three minutes of talking, no hook in the first second, no usable cut points, sound recorded next to a coffee machine. Then the verdict is that UGC does not work, when what really happened is that nobody produced it.

Both failures happen before the camera is switched on, and neither can be repaired in the edit. That is why selection and briefing are the part of this service I spend the most time on.

My approach

A pool I choose from. And a targeted search when nobody fits.

I work with a fixed circle of creators I know and whose work I can judge before I book them. For most enquiries I find the right face there, which means the casting round disappears and the project starts at the concept instead.

I run this on my own and only bring in support when a shoot genuinely needs a second person. If that happens, I say so before the shoot is booked and it is itemised in the quote.

When nobody in the pool fits, I go looking. By audience, presence and credibility for your subject, not by follower count.

Selection, briefing, scheduling and the edit run through me in both cases. You get finished videos. You never chase a creator for a missing file, a re-shoot or a caption that was supposed to be corrected.

That is the difference between this and a pure matchmaking service: I do not only bring you the creator, I direct the shoot and cut it afterwards.

Process

How a project runs.

01

You send me your project

The product, the audience, where the videos will run and how many you need. A few lines through the form is enough.

02

A proposal within 24 hours

Matching creators from the pool, or a note that I will search for you. Plus an estimate of the budget for the number of videos you asked for.

03

Concept and briefing

I set the hooks and the core messages and go through them with the creator before anything is filmed.

04

Production and edit

The shoot with the creator, then editing, subtitles and platform crops. Delivery is seven to fourteen working days after the last shoot day.

Scope

What you get.

On request: several hook variants of the same video for testing in paid ads, or a version without burnt-in subtitles for your website.

Delivery is seven to fourteen working days after the last shoot day, and one revision round per video is always included, not sold as an extra. Files come as a download in the aspect ratios the placements need.

  • Selecting and approaching creators who fit
  • Concept, hooks and briefing
  • Production with the creator, directed on the day
  • Editing, subtitles and platform crops
  • Usage rights cleared, including for paid ads
  • One revision round per video, always included
  • Delivery seven to fourteen working days after the last shoot day
Investment

Why there is no number here.

On every other service I publish a guide price. For UGC any figure would be a guess, because the largest line item is not mine. It belongs to the creator. A well known face costs a multiple of someone who is starting out, and both can be the right person for your product.

Putting an average on the page would only mean one of two things: either I quote low and correct it upwards once you tell me the details, or I quote high and price out the projects where a smaller creator would have worked perfectly well. Neither helps you plan.

So instead of an invented figure, here is what the price is actually made of.

  • The creator fee, paid per video or as a package for a full shoot day
  • My production: concept, briefing, direction on the day and the edit
  • The number of videos and of hook variants per video
  • Usage rights: an organic feed post costs less than paid advertising

One shoot day with one creator is considerably cheaper per video than videos booked one at a time, because preparation, travel and briefing only happen once. Tell me how many videos you need and where they will run, and you get a concrete figure within 24 hours instead of a range.

If you want published guide prices for the services that do have them, they are on the event video and ongoing content pages.

UGC.

There is deliberately no guide price on this page, because the largest part of the cost is the creator fee and that varies too widely to average. The price is made up of four things: the creator fee, billed per video or as a package for a whole shoot day; my production with concept, briefing, direction and edit; the number of videos and hook variants; and the usage rights, where an organic feed post costs less than paid advertising. Tell me how many videos you need and where they will run and you get a concrete figure within 24 hours.

From a fixed pool of creators I know and have worked with. For most enquiries I find the right face there. If nobody in the pool fits your brand, I search specifically for one, by audience, presence and credibility for your subject rather than by follower count.

No, and this is a common misunderstanding. With UGC the reach comes from your own channel or from paid ads, not from the creator’s account. What decides the result is whether the person is credible holding your product.

Yes, when it is agreed beforehand. Usage rights for paid advertising cost more than publishing in your own feed. I clear this with the creator before the shoot so there is no discussion about it afterwards, and the agreed scope is written into the quote.

That depends on the length of each video and how much setup it needs. What is reliable is the economics: a shoot day with one creator is considerably cheaper per video than videos booked one at a time, because preparation, travel and briefing only happen once. The number gets agreed before the shoot so the day can be planned around it.

As a rule, yes. That is the difference between this and a pure matchmaking service: I do not only bring the creator, I direct the shoot and cut it afterwards. What you receive is finished videos with subtitles and platform crops, seven to fourteen working days after the last shoot day, not raw footage.
